New House Tour

We have had several requests to see pictures of our new house. As we have very little furniture and nothing with which to decorate it, it is pretty boring right now. However, we love living here. The community and location are both fantastic. We met our cute next-door neighbors who have a 4-year-old boy and a 3-year-old boy. All the neighborhood kids ride little bikes and scooters up and down the street while their moms talk and sit in soccer chairs at the end of their driveways. It is definitely small town living at its finest.

Back yard - this isn't a fence. It is the neighborhood sound wall. Our yard runs into the main street in the neighborhood.

We are two doors down from the cul-de-sac where all the little kids ride bikes. It overlooks a lake/pond. Of course there are dozens of lakes in our neighborhood... we live in Land O' Lakes. :)

Awesome fish doormat from Target

Here are the sweet flowers that Mom helped me plant... I have not killed them; in fact, they are flourishing. FYI: I put an alarm on my phone to remember to water and rotate them.

Look how much they have grown in 2 weeks!!!

Family room - see what I mean by no decorations yet...

We did put our dvd's in cute baskets and found this fun glass bottle, but it needs some definite work.

Could be worse - this space used to look like this. (Eliza and Nan playing on moving day)

Kitchen

Dining Room - it is also sparse. The living room is attached to the dining room (behind me in this pic), but it only has a grandfather clock and a cello in it.

The Loft - aka the PLAYROOM

Hallway to the girls' bathroom and bedroom from the playroom

The Cinderella Castle - this castle was waiting up in the loft for the girls when we pulled up with the moving truck. I truly believe it is the main reason the girls love the "Florida House" so much.

The girls' bedroom closet - the room pics didn't turn out well because it was too sunny. It is a small white bedroom with two white beds and two white windows. It also needs some work. The girls love their playroom so much that they only use their bedroom for sleeping and changing clothes. As we decorate more rooms, I will post more pics. Downstairs we also have a master bedroom/bathroom, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and office. We are open to all decorating ideas, suggestions, and donations :)
